Cancellations/ Returning shipment
Once the order has been sent out; there will be no cancellations. Any sign of damage must be reported to the carrier (shipping company) immediately and contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of goods. If you fail to notify the carrier immediately, you assume the risk of a denied claim for loss or damage and you will have to keep your product as received. Do not through away the package; you will have to show proof of damages to the freight company.

In no case are goods to be returned without FIRST obtaining WRITTEN permission and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

Insurance
Your artwork will be fully insured from door to door service. Please contact use with-in 3 business days of arrival if damages or loss has occurred.
Customer Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with-in 3 business days. You will have to send it back during a 7-day period following delivery date. In no case are goods to be returned without FIRST obtaining WRITTEN permission and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

If the package was damaged during delivery you must report it to the carrier (shipping company) immediately and contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of goods. You will have to send back the artwork with the original package and picture(s) showing the damage.

Product Description
We attempt to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it, with the freight prepaid, in unused condition for a refund or credit.

Customs Charges
Please contact your Customs office or local freight carrier for further information. The customer is responsible for any local taxes, custom duties or local handling fees.

Privacy Policy
All payment or personal information that goes through ReLivedPosters.com remains confidential and will not be sold to a third party.

How to prepare for the arrival of your Shipment
All of our shipments are packed properly before leaving our facility. This is how you should receive the products.
Always check for damage or loss when the shipment arrives. Check the outside for any visible signs of damage and especially for top and side impacts. Open the package. Remove any packing materials and inspect the item as quickly as possible before the carrier leaves. Check for internal or concealed damage.

Risk of Loss
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This mean that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier

Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If tracking service is available we will include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number tracking service is not available for your package).

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We warrant that the products provided on the site will conform substantially to the corresponding descriptions on the site when ordered. Except for the warranty in the immediately preceding sentence, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials or products included on the site, and you expressly agree that your use of the site is otherwise at your sole risk. Your sole remedy for breach of the warranty contained in this paragraph is return for refund or, if available, a conforming replacement. If you are not totally satisfied with the artwork upon receipt you must notify ReLivedPosters.com within 3 business days.
Pricing
Not withstanding the product prices shown on the Site, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the Site may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the Site. However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after you have approved all costs in writing and your order has entered the shipping process. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.

Warranty
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within in 3 business days. A RMA will then be issued. Within receipt of the RMA; you will have 7 days to return the merchandise and any documentation in its original condition prepaid, all expenses and insured.
